REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

It is possible to make the return (total or partial) no later than 14 days from the delivery date.

To proceed with the return, please contact us by email or by telephone.

You can decide whether to get a refund on the payment method made or receive a voucher to spend in the online store.

The free return is guaranteed on the national territory , only on requests for product change or issuance of a voucher (coupon), for all other return requests the shipping costs are charged to the customer.The return shipment will be charged to the customer only in the case of a return with refund, it will be deducted from the value of the refund itself.

Once the return request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. Make sure that the package is intact and tightly closed and that the items have a tag and warranty seal.


For purchases made outside the national territory, the return shipment is at the expense and responsibility of the customer.To make the return, simply send the item to:

Dakota reserves the right not to accept the return of items that do not comply with the rules described in   Terms and conditions.
